The initiative of forming an organisation networking entities connected with motorisation arose in automotive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This idea is formulated in the letter of intent signed in summer 2014 in Tarnowscy\u2019s castle in Dzik\u00f3w, Tarnobrzeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A letter of intent concerning the foundation of automotive cluster<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PREAMBLE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Considering\n an existing potential of enterprises connected with modern automotive \nindustry, and noticing benefits consequent of structure funds of \nEuropean Union, hereby, we declare a support for cluster initiative \nwhich includes companies functioning in this industry.<\/li>
  2. Launching\n actions within the initiative framework have to create beneficial \nconditions for branch growth through cooperation stimulation of various \nentities and implementation of common aims.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    AIMS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Networking which enables effective combining and using members\u2019 potential.<\/li>
    2. Using possibilities and chances connected with economy progress based on knowledge.<\/li>
    3. Promoting cluster as innovative centre of automotive branch in south\u2013east Poland.<\/li>
    4. An\n increase of competitive dominance of region through creating new \nbeneficial conditions to social-economic growth in the area of cluster.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      COOPERATION RULES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Creating the platform which enables establishing connections and formulating postulate at crucial points to the branch.<\/li>
      2. The intensification of cooperation between companies and scientific-educational environment.<\/li>
      3. The realization of common project in the areas of cluster members\u2019 interests. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        FINAL AGREEMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. The\n subject responsible for action coordination consequent on above letter \nof intent is Industry Development Agency, while detailed rules of \ncooperation will be regulated in the separate partnership contract \nbetween parts.<\/li>
        2. The letter of intent does not involve any financial obligations.<\/li>
